Thank you NCJW

From the moment I walked through the door at NCJW in 2006 I knew I had found a home with like-minded progressive women. NCJW has allowed me to grow as a person and enhance my advocacy and leadership skills. I have had the privilege of serving as section President from 2006-2008. From that time I have been honored to serve as a Commissioner and an SPA. I became more involved with the national organization and have served on the national Board. I had the honor of chairing the national mission to Israel, chairing Leaders Retreat, and am currently the chair of the Resolutions Committee for our national convention in March. I have also had the honor of serving as chair of the Israel Committee and being the Assistant National Secretary. With all of the challenges facing our country, I am delighted that I will be working with smart and committed women in my role as a national Vice President. Working together, we will strive to continue to impact the lives of women, children, and families through our community service projects and advocacy efforts based on our Jewish values. I owe NCJW Greater Detroit a debt of gratitude for all of my successes and especially the opportunities NCJW has afforded me.
