I was privileged to be invited to an informational meeting at Sandy Nathan’s home. The rest is history. The warmth of the women like Sandy, Sandy Leshman and Marsha Zucker (z’l ), in addition to the mission statement, made involvement a no-brainer. My first project was Teen Yellow Pages, then Membership, Jewish Youth Awards, Fall Event (now Woman of Vision), as well as the privilege of serving as NCJW’s representative on the Orchards’ Board, etc.  I’m now completing my 4th term as VP. The women, the work and the sense of accomplishment will certainly keep me involved for years to come.
