I still remember volunteering at the JCC Book Fair a few months after moving to West Bloomfield, and being told by Jennifer LoPatin and Sandi Matz about NCJW. The organization sounded great and was something I was definitely interested in so I became a Lifetime Member immediately. Never in my wildest dreams did I think that I would become so involved in this amazing organization. From co-chairing the Back 2 School Store to co-chairing the Human Trafficking Awareness Committee and everything in between, I have been so rewarded by this organization that does so much good for so many people. Some of my closest friends have come from the ranks of NCJW/GDS and for that I am so grateful. I am so proud to be part of our section and know that we will be around to celebrate another 125 years!!
